Will you work to increase funding to NSF and NIH as senator ?

Funding for the NSF and NIH has been cut since a republican house took over in 2012. In prior years in always continued to increase. What as senator will you do to increase funding to these agencies?

Do you favor building a high speed rail line between Washington, DC and Miami?

Construction of high speed rail is very labor intensive and would quickly create hundreds of thousands of non-exportable jobs, while increasing tourism.

Do you support increasing NASA's budget to at least 1% of the federal budget?

Missions are constantly delayed if they even happen at all. We haven't been to the moon since 1972. Their funding gets cut almost every year.
