Why is hateful speech tolerated by some and not by others?

How is it that D. Trump gets away with obvious hateful speech and not held accountable and others do not. He should be arrested for some of the things he has said against others for just being.

Can we require gun owners to participate in gun safety classes and use lessons?

There were at least 12,942 gun deaths in the US in 2015. Does the right to bear arms exclude the right to be responsible? Training classes, gun range classes and free gun locks are simply logical.

Would you end 'qualified immunities' that insulate police from accountability?

Those demanding smaller government always support increased police powers - search, seizure, profiling, jailing, surveillance, attacks on speech, use of force - which IS Big Government, by definition.

Do you support equal pay for women and an at least six weeks paid family leave?

We Americans pride ourselves as a modern and free society. Yet today there is still a wage gap between men and women, and a mother still has to choose between her child and her career.

What is your view re: the 9th & 10th Amendments?

The gov't does not grant rights - we possess them by default. The Framers added the 9th\10th Amdmts. to reiterate that we inherently hold all freedoms & relinquish only that which is necessary.
